Currently, the market has 1,751 active land listings, a $92,500 median sale price, 118 listings sold in August, and 143 pending sales.

The Chattanooga-area land market offers a variety of properties for buyers, including recreational acreage, hunting land, farms, homesites, and larger tracts. With 1,751 active listings currently on the market, buyers have a wide range of properties and locations to consider.
